Resilience & Empowerment Achieved by Confidence and Healing
Who We Are
REACH is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering individuals through resilience, confidence, and healing. We believe in the power of personal growth and provide the tools and resources to help individuals develop inner strength and emotional well-being. Through tailored support, education, and mentorship, we equip people with the tools to overcome adversity, achieve personal growth, and create lasting positive change in their lives.

Our Mission
Our mission is to create a supportive environment where individuals can cultivate resilience, build confidence, and experience transformational healing, allowing them to rise above life’s challenges and reach their full potential.
Our vision
Our vision is to help individuals not just survive, but thrive, reaching beyond their circumstances to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Meet the Founder
REACH was founded by Bertisha with a vision to create supportive spaces where individuals can grow, heal, and move forward with confidence. With a background in social work studies, community focused services, and a strong foundation in business and healthcare management, Tisha brings both compassion and structure to the work she leads.
She is committed to helping individuals overcome life’s challenges through empowerment, mentorship, and meaningful support, equipping them with the tools and life skills needed to build stability and create lasting change.
REACH is rooted in the belief that growth is possible when individuals are given the space, guidance, and resources to rise above their circumstances and reach beyond their limitations. REACH was created to bridge the gap between where individuals are and where they have the potential to be.
